Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of a medical office assistant program preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience working in a medical office setting required
  • Healthcare management or administration certification preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance verification, co-pay collection, charge entry, and patient scheduling workflows
  • Proof of vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required prior to start date per applicable federal, state, or local law
