- Patient portal enrollment and education included in daily responsibilities
- Electronic health record data entry and demographic management within the practice's electronic system

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of a medical office assistant program preferred
- Minimum one year of experience working in a medical office setting required
- Healthcare management or administration certification preferred
- Familiarity with insurance verification, co-pay collection, charge entry, and patient scheduling workflows
