This role supports RN-led care across a broad range of clinical units — from general medical-surgical floors and special care areas to labor and delivery, pediatrics, surgical services, emergency, GI lab, and behavioral health. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Preferred education: Satisfactory completion of a Nurse Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assisting program</li> <li>Preferred experience: 6 months in a healthcare setting and/or working knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures</li> <li>Required certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained through an American Heart Association-approved Training Center or the Military Training Network</li> <li>Required training: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or transfer into the position</li> </ul>
