St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida is recruiting a full-time Clinical Nurse Leader – Inservice Education to anchor nursing education across a 420-bed Level 1 Trauma Center that also serves as the region's only dedicated children's hospital between Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. Reporting to the Market Education Director, this educator role carries broad influence — spanning orientation, continuing education, in-service programming, and performance consultation across nursing and non-nursing departments. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or a related specialty required
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire
  • Computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
