Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program meeting CLIA high-complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489, Jan. 24, 2003)
- Zero to two years of experience as a medical laboratory technician; new graduates are eligible
- Registered or registry-eligible through an approved certifying agency (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent); full registration required within one year of hire
- State licensure as required by Arizona law
