<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Minimum four (4) years of experience as a staff nurse; prior charge nurse experience preferred</li> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida required</li> <li>Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, Basic EKG, Critical Care Course, and PALS</li> <li>TNCC required within one year of hire (optional for TSD)</li> <li>ENPC optional for TICU and TSD positions</li> <li>CCRN preferred for Trauma ICU placement</li> <li>CEN or TCRN preferred for ED Resus placement</li> </ul>
