<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain); education must meet Florida State requirements for RN licensure</li> <li>BSN preferred</li> <li>Prior clinical experience in critical care or area of expertise preferred</li> <li>Required certifications at time of hire: BLS, ACLS, Basic EKG, and a critical care course or emergency care course that includes critical care didactic content</li> <li>PALS required within six months of hire</li> <li>TNCC required within one year — mandatory for Trauma Resuscitation and TICU; optional for Trauma Step-Down (TSD)</li> <li>ENPC required within one year — mandatory for Trauma Resuscitation; optional for TICU and TSD</li> <li>CCRN and/or TCRN certification preferred</li> </ul>
