The area provides easy access to world-class beaches, boating, and golf, while remaining within an hour of Miami and Fort Lauderdale for metropolitan amenities. Cost of living is competitive relative to South Florida's coastal markets, and the absence of a state income tax adds meaningful take-home value for relocating clinicians.
