About the Community

Framingham is a vibrant, diverse city of approximately 70,000 residents located 20 miles west of Boston along the Massachusetts Turnpike — close enough to access world-class urban amenities while offering a lower cost of living than the city proper. The MetroWest region is known for its strong public schools, abundant recreational opportunities including the Sudbury River corridor and Callahan State Park, and a thriving local restaurant and arts scene. For clinicians seeking the professional resources of a major academic medical market with the livability of a mid-sized New England community, Framingham delivers on both counts.
