<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred</li> <li>1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; neurosurgery or surgical NP background is advantageous</li> <li>Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li> <li>Current BLS and ACLS certification required</li> <li>Ability to function as first or second surgical assistant in the OR</li> <li>Physical capacity to stand/walk for extended periods, lift and position up to 50 lbs, and push/pull up to 50 lbs of force; manual dexterity and ability to move quickly are essential</li> <li>Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to perform all position duties safely and accurately</li> </ul>
