Delray Medical Center, a 536-bed state-designated Level I Trauma Center in Delray Beach, Florida, is recruiting a credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time day-shift position. This is a high-acuity, full-scope respiratory therapy role within a major acute care campus that serves southern Palm Beach County across cardiac, vascular, neuroscience, orthopedic, trauma, and rehabilitation service lines. - Full-scope respiratory therapy practice: initiation and monitoring of continuous mechanical ventilation, noninvasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP), prescribed medical gas delivery, aerosol therapy, pulse oximetry and oxygen titration, aerosolized medication administration, sputum inductions, chest physiotherapy, and arterial blood gas sampling and analysis

Qualifications
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Active Florida Respiratory Therapist license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum: Associate's Degree from an AMA-accredited respiratory therapist program; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years of vocational training in respiratory therapy; new graduates considered with willingness to train
- EKG, EEG, and Holter monitoring skills preferred
