Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license required (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum two years of experience as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to interpret physician orders, perform standardized PT assessments, and develop goal-directed treatment plans independently
