Practice Highlights
- 24-hour operational accountability for the Access Baptist Call Center, encompassing staffing, quality, and throughput
- Full budget responsibility including resource allocation, purchasing, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Nurse license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical experience required
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible management experience preferred
- Prior experience in House Officer, Case Management, or Patient Placement roles is a preferred differentiator
