About the Community
West Palm Beach sits on Florida's southeastern Atlantic coast, offering year-round warm weather, world-class beaches, and a vibrant arts and dining scene anchored by Clematis Street and the Northwood Village district. The city provides a lower cost of living relative to Miami while remaining within easy reach of Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, making it an attractive base for clinicians who want urban amenities without the density of South Florida's larger metros. Outdoor recreation — boating, fishing, golf, and the Intracoastal Waterway — is accessible year-round, and the area's strong school options and family-friendly neighborhoods make it a compelling long-term destination.
