Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of RN experience required
- Active Arizona RN license required, or compact state license with the ability to obtain Arizona licensure within 30 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association preferred
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred; additional department-specific certifications may apply
- Continuing education requirements as defined within the CARE program must be maintained
