<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active registration required at time of hire: Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT), Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS), or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)</li> <li>Minimum education: High School Diploma plus at least 2 years (24 credit hours) of career-oriented college coursework in a related discipline; each year of relevant experience may substitute for 12 credit hours</li> <li>Preferred education: Graduate of an AMA-accredited school of Vascular Technology</li> <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in vascular studies with demonstrated knowledge of Doppler evaluation for arterial and venous circulation</li> <li>Active Healthcare Provider BLS certification (ARC or AHA) required on hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire</li> <li>Texas state licensure or eligibility to practice in Texas</li> </ul>
