Delray Medical Center — a 536-bed, community-based teaching and research hospital and one of only two Level I Trauma Centers in South Palm Beach County — is recruiting a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to serve as the senior nursing executive for this nationally recognized, full-service academic medical center. The hospital carries multiple Healthgrades awards, consistent top-10% national rankings in cardiac surgery, critical care, stroke, and pulmonary services, and holds designations as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Centers of Excellence in robotic surgery and bariatrics. Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of progressive nursing leadership experience at the ACNO, Director, or equivalent level within a complex hospital environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field required; Master's degree in Nursing or a related field required
  • Active RN licensure required; Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain
  • CENP, NEA-BC, or equivalent executive nursing certification preferred
  • Demonstrated track record in clinical operations, quality improvement, workforce leadership, and financial/budget management
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and clinical risk mitigation in a high-acuity acute care setting
  • Strong clinical and financial acumen with proven ability to lead organizational change, build high-performing teams, and serve as a credible executive partner to physicians and board leadership
