Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive nursing leadership experience at the ACNO, Director, or equivalent level within a complex hospital environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field required; Master's degree in Nursing or a related field required
- Active RN licensure required; Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain
- CENP, NEA-BC, or equivalent executive nursing certification preferred
- Demonstrated track record in clinical operations, quality improvement, workforce leadership, and financial/budget management
- Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and clinical risk mitigation in a high-acuity acute care setting
- Strong clinical and financial acumen with proven ability to lead organizational change, build high-performing teams, and serve as a credible executive partner to physicians and board leadership
