Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain); must meet all applicable state licensure requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Minimum 2 years of acute hospital patient care experience required
- Prior acute hospital case management experience preferred
- Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing preferred
- Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred
