About the Community

Delray Beach sits along Florida's Palm Beach County coastline, consistently ranked among the most livable small cities in the Southeast — known for its vibrant Atlantic Avenue dining and arts scene, award-winning beaches, and year-round warm climate. Coconut Creek and the surrounding communities offer affordable suburban living with easy access to both Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, making this corridor an attractive base for healthcare professionals who want urban amenities without the density of Miami. Outdoor recreation, boating, and a strong local culture round out a lifestyle that is genuinely difficult to match elsewhere in the country.
