<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent GED</li> <li>Preferred: Associate's degree from an accredited institution or completion of a Medical Office Assistant program</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of medical office experience required; 4 years preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of general healthcare issues, trends, and quality management principles expected</li> <li>Preferred: Healthcare management or administration certification</li> <li>No required licensure or CPR certification specified for this role</li> </ul>
