Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
- Preferred education: Associate's Degree from an accredited institution, or completion of a Medical Office Assistant Program
- Minimum experience: 2 years of medical office experience required
- Preferred experience: 4 years of medical office experience
- No required certifications or licensure; healthcare management or administration certification preferred
- Working knowledge of general healthcare issues, trends, and quality management principles expected
