Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of current RN experience, with at least 1 year of current PICU-specific experience required
  • Active Florida RN license (or eligibility to obtain) required — current licensure in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
  • Comfort with the full spectrum of pediatric critical care acuity, including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and high-acuity interventions appropriate to a PICU setting
