Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing — required
- Current, active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license — required
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — required at hire
- Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification — required at hire
- Basic EKG course completion within one year of hire — required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) — preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language fluency is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent clinical judgment, apply evidence-based practice guidelines, and lead or mentor less experienced colleagues
