Practice Highlights
- Performs venipuncture (phlebotomy) as a core daily function; expected to achieve independent blood draw competency within six weeks of hire

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a formal phlebotomy program preferred

- Comfort with both technical specimen-handling tasks and clerical/administrative laboratory support functions
