A physician-owned vascular surgery practice within the Baptist Medical Network in San Antonio, Texas is recruiting a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) to join its accredited vascular laboratory. Practice Highlights

  • Outpatient vascular laboratory embedded within a multi-specialty physician office environment
  • Full scope of vascular ultrasound examinations including arterial and venous imaging studies
  • Daily equipment quality checks to maintain laboratory standards and imaging integrity
  • Direct coordination with the Vascular Laboratory Manager on all lab activities and workflow
  • Serves as an educational resource within the lab, supporting quality assurance and best practices
  • Immediate physician notification protocol when clinical symptoms or test results indicate urgent findings

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting
  • ARDMS registration, BLS certification, and RVT credential required; registry-eligible candidates considered with full registration required within 12 months of hire
  • ICVAL (Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories) credential preferred
