<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED required</li> <li>Prior experience: none required; 6 months of acute care and/or previous clinical experience preferred</li> <li>Completion of a nursing assistant program required</li> <li>Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required; if Red Cross-certified at hire, American Heart Association certification must be obtained within 60 days</li> <li>Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer</li> <li>Prior clerical or customer service experience with Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) training in a clinical setting preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to operate computer-driven patient care equipment; effective interpersonal and communication skills required</li> <li>E-Verify participant; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States</li> </ul>
