About the Community

Goodyear is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Phoenix West Valley, offering a suburban quality of life with easy access to the full amenities of the greater Phoenix metro — major league sports, a vibrant restaurant and arts scene, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport roughly 30 miles east. The region enjoys over 300 days of sunshine annually, with the White Tank Mountain Regional Park and the Estrella Mountain Regional Park providing hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation minutes from the hospital. Cost of living remains competitive relative to other Sun Belt metros, and the area's highly rated school districts and family-friendly neighborhoods make it a strong long-term destination for healthcare professionals.
