<p>A full-time, employed Internal Medicine physician is needed to provide post-acute attending coverage at a skilled nursing facility in the Middletown/Wilmington, Delaware area. This W-2 position with one of the nation's largest physician services organizations offers a structured SNF panel of 75–125 patients, a clear leadership pathway from Facility Medical Director through Regional Medical Director to CMO, and the full administrative infrastructure — billing, credentialing, scheduling — handled for you so clinical focus stays front and center.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine</li> <li>Prior SNF, sub-acute, or hospitalist experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort with chronic disease management, anticoagulation protocols, and palliative medicine</li> <li>Active Delaware medical license or eligibility to obtain; active DEA registration where applicable</li> </ul>
