<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Full-time schedule, five days per week, within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting</li> <li>Individual psychotherapy delivered to SNF residents across the full spectrum of geriatric behavioral health needs</li> <li>Clinical scope includes depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia-related behavioral disturbance, grief, and end-of-life psychological care</li> <li>Psychological assessments including cognitive screening via MoCA and MMSE, and formal decisional-capacity evaluations</li> <li>Documentation in facility EMR per Medicare Part B billing standards; CPT codes utilized include 90791, 90832, 90834, 90837, and 96130–96139</li> <li>Integrated, interdisciplinary care model: collaboration with attending physicians, PMHNPs, nursing, social work, and therapy teams on unified behavioral care plans</li> <li>Clinically focused role with administrative, billing, and credentialing functions handled by dedicated support staff</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program required</li> <li>Active state psychology license at the independent practice level required; eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure accepted</li> <li>DEA registration where applicable</li> <li>Experience with geriatric and long-term care populations strongly preferred</li> <li>Clinical comfort with cognitive impairment, behavioral disturbance in dementia, and end-of-life care contexts</li> </ul>
