<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Blood bank and clinical laboratory testing across waived, moderate-complexity, and high-complexity CLIA-regulated assays</li> <li>Pre-analytic responsibilities: specimen collection, processing, clerical duties, and data entry</li> <li>Post-analytic responsibilities: test reporting, result verification, investigation of unexpected findings, and quality control monitoring</li> <li>Equipment maintenance and inventory management for laboratory supplies and reagents</li> <li>Participation in performance improvement activities and evaluation of new test methodologies and instrumentation</li> <li>Teaching and training responsibilities for clinical laboratory sciences students and new laboratory staff (LTA, CLT, MLT, MT non-Reg., MT Reg.)</li> <li>Correlation of abnormal laboratory data with pathologic states to determine test validity and need for follow-up testing</li> </ul>
