<p>Clinical Laboratory Director opportunity at a 110-bed hospital in Liberal, Kansas. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role overseeing a comprehensive laboratory operation spanning chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular, and microbiology. You'll direct a team of 4–6 laboratory technologists and phlebotomists across day and evening shifts, manage CAP compliance, and serve a diverse patient population across the ED, ICU, surgical recovery, OB, skilled nursing, and outpatient clinics.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Medical Technology Program or equivalent</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology</li> <li>ASCP certification</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of medical laboratory experience</li> <li>At least 2 years of hospital laboratory supervisory or management experience</li> <li>CAP Survey experience required</li> <li>Ability to work across all areas of hospital laboratory operations</li> <li>Kansas medical laboratory license or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Criminal background check required as a condition of employment</li> </ul>
