<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Provide individual psychotherapy to SNF residents across the full spectrum of geriatric behavioral health conditions</li> <li>Conduct formal psychological assessments and cognitive screening using validated instruments including the MoCA and MMSE</li> <li>Perform decisional-capacity evaluations for complex clinical and ethical situations</li> <li>Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia-related behavioral disturbances, grief, and end-of-life psychological concerns</li> <li>Function within a fully integrated interdisciplinary team: attending physicians, PMHNPs, nursing, social work, and rehabilitation therapy</li> <li>Document in the facility EMR in compliance with Medicare Part B billing standards; CPT codes include 90791, 90832, 90834, 90837, and 96130–96139</li> <li>Full-time schedule with dedicated administrative and billing support handling the operational load</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program</li> <li>Active Tennessee psychology license at the independent practice level, or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>DEA registration where applicable</li> <li>Experience with geriatric and long-term care populations strongly preferred</li> <li>Clinical comfort with cognitive impairment, behavioral disturbance in dementia, and end-of-life care contexts</li> <li>Familiarity with Medicare Part B documentation and CPT coding for psychological services is an asset</li> </ul>
