About the Community
Prescott sits at 5,400 feet in central Arizona's mountain country, delivering four genuine seasons — including snowfall — that set it apart from the desert floor communities most associate with Arizona. The historic Whiskey Row downtown anchors a walkable, culturally active small city surrounded by the Prescott National Forest and its year-round hiking, mountain biking, and trail running. Phoenix Sky Harbor is roughly 90 minutes south and Sedona's red rock country is 90 minutes east, giving residents easy access to a major metro and one of the Southwest's premier outdoor destinations without sacrificing the pace and affordability of a smaller community.
