About the Community
San Antonio is one of the fastest-growing major metros in the United States, offering big-city infrastructure — professional sports, a nationally recognized culinary and cultural scene, and the iconic River Walk — alongside a cost of living that remains meaningfully lower than comparable Sun Belt cities. Texas levies no state income tax, which materially enhances take-home compensation. Families benefit from diverse schooling options, year-round outdoor recreation, and a warm climate, while the city's continued long-term growth signals strong career stability for physicians who put down roots here.
