<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification in a specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties</li> <li>Minimum five years of experience in a hospital setting</li> <li>Prior experience as a physician leader in a large system, hospital, or integrated delivery system preferred</li> <li>Reputation as an excellent clinician, respected among peers</li> <li>Strong communication skills and collaborative approach</li> <li>Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes</li> <li>Organized with effective time management</li> </ul>
