<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Valid Florida RN license required</li> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Science (Nursing) required</li> <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required</li> <li>BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross) required within 90 days of hire</li> <li>2–5 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg, Emergency, ICU, or acute care settings preferred</li> <li>Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of medical terminology and medical equipment operation and maintenance</li> <li>Ability to complete a color blindness test as part of the hiring process</li> <li>Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills suited to a fast-paced ambulatory environment</li> </ul>
