<p>A rapidly growing outpatient primary care group in Tampa, Florida is recruiting board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join a fully staffed, state-of-the-art clinic. The practice is built around relationship-based, high-quality primary care with a deliberately manageable patient volume and a Monday–Friday schedule that protects work-life balance. With over six weeks of PTO and above-market compensation, this role is designed for a clinician who wants to practice excellent medicine without the burnout of high-volume or hospital-based work.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li> <li>Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Commitment to high-quality, longitudinal outpatient primary care</li> </ul>
