<p>A growing primary care network headquartered in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced Laboratory Compliance Program Manager to take enterprise-level ownership of laboratory quality, CLIA compliance, and point of care testing across multiple clinic locations throughout the state. This is a hybrid/remote-eligible role with meaningful strategic scope — the right candidate will build and govern compliance infrastructure, not simply maintain it. <h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Enterprise ownership of laboratory compliance across a multi-site primary care network spanning Florida</li> <li>Full CLIA certificate lifecycle management: renewals, amendments, testing classifications, and regulatory readiness</li> <li>Serve as organizational liaison for CLIA inspections and coordinate laboratory director governance</li> <li>Oversee laboratory quality management systems including quality control, proficiency testing, competency assessment, and corrective action processes</li> <li>Establish and govern standardized point of care testing practices and approved test menus across all clinic locations</li> <li>Manage reference laboratory and vendor relationships, specimen transport logistics, critical value reporting protocols, and service performance monitoring</li> <li>Build and maintain compliance dashboards, analyze quality trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network</li> <li>Travel up to 25 percent to Florida clinic locations for on-site oversight and program implementation</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biological Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a closely related laboratory science discipline</li> <li>Current MLT, MLS, MT, or ASCP certification — or equivalent nationally recognized laboratory credential</li> <li>Five or more years of clinical laboratory experience</li> <li>Three or more years of focused experience in laboratory compliance, CLIA oversight, laboratory quality management, accreditation, point of care testing governance, or laboratory operations leadership</li> </ul>
