<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred</li> <li>Active Arizona RN license required at time of hire</li> <li>Minimum five years of surgical nursing experience</li> <li>Minimum one year of leadership experience in a surgical or perioperative setting</li> <li>BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred</li> <li>CNOR certification preferred</li> <li>Criminal background check required as a condition of employment under Arizona state law</li> </ul>
