<p>This is a full-time, field-based Registered Nurse role serving senior patients across St. Lucie and Indian River Counties in the Vero Beach, Florida area, embedded within an integrated Senior Community Care (SCC) team. The position covers home visits, nursing home rounds, assisted living facilities, and senior housing — all on a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule with no weekends, no holidays, and no call requirements. The RN works alongside nurse practitioners and physician assistants as a flexible, collaborative member of a multidisciplinary primary care team, supported by the financial strength and career infrastructure of a Fortune 5 organization.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree or higher in Nursing (RN) required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Florida, or ability to obtain licensure within 60 days of hire</li> <li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>Valid driver's license and access to reliable personal transportation for field-based patient visits throughout the designated service area</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 100% within the assigned St. Lucie and Indian River County territory</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
