<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Home health setting — evaluations and treatments conducted in patients' own residences across the New Port Richey service area</li> <li>Full OT scope of practice: functional status assessment, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home safety evaluations, and adaptive equipment recommendation</li> <li>Responsible for CMS-compliant documentation of all body systems as required for home health certification and recertification</li> <li>Collaborates directly with physicians in developing individualized therapy plans of care</li> <li>Coordinates care with interdisciplinary home health team including nursing, PT, SLP, and home health aides</li> <li>Ongoing patient monitoring with direct reporting of response to treatment and condition changes to nurse supervisors and referring physicians</li> <li>Evidence-based clinical techniques applied across a diverse patient population regardless of age, diagnosis, or socioeconomic background</li> <li>Independent caseload management with expectation of strong organizational and time-management skills</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle (or verified access to public transportation)</li> <li>Ability to provide care across a broad patient demographic in varied home environments</li> <li>Preferred: demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent cases independently</li> <li>Preferred: strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills</li> <li>Pre-employment drug screening required</li> </ul>
