<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Florida — required</li> <li>Current CPR certification — required</li> <li>Valid driver's license, personal vehicle with current insurance, and reliable transportation (or verified access to public transportation) — required</li> <li>Successful completion of a minimum 40 hours of Florida AHCA-required home health aide training, or passing score on the AHCA Home Health Aide Competency Test (Form AHCA 3110-1007) — required per Florida state regulation</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours and function independently across varied home environments — required</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience — preferred</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
