<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Home health setting — all patient care delivered in the patient's home environment, spanning a broad range of ages, diagnoses, and functional levels</li> <li>Clinical scope includes functional status assessment, activities of daily living (ADL) evaluation, fine motor coordination, home safety assessments, and adaptive equipment recommendation and training</li> <li>Applies evidence-based techniques in alignment with the physician-directed plan of care</li> <li>Conducts diagnostic and prognostic functional ability testing to establish baselines and track progress</li> <li>Completes CMS-required documentation covering functional status and all required body systems</li> <li>Collaborates directly with physicians on therapy plan of care development and modification</li> <li>Reports patient response to treatment and condition changes to the supervising nurse and attending physician</li> <li>Operates independently in the field; must be comfortable managing a caseload across varied home environments regardless of patient demographics or socioeconomic circumstances</li> <li>Part of a multidisciplinary home health team coordinating care across nursing, therapy, and other disciplines</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance and access to a reliable personal vehicle (or verified access to public transportation)</li> <li>Ability to function effectively across all home environments regardless of patient age, background, disability status, or financial condition</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision (preferred)</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills (preferred)</li> </ul>
