About the Community

Marathon is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, roughly halfway between Key Largo and Key West along the Overseas Highway, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The area offers a relaxed island lifestyle with year-round warm weather, world-class fishing, diving, and boating, and a tight-knit community feel that is rare in South Florida. Cost of living relative to Miami is more accessible, and the natural beauty of the Keys — mangroves, coral reefs, and open water — makes this a compelling destination for healthcare professionals who want their work and their surroundings to feel equally rewarding.
