<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of the 40-hour AHCA-mandated training program, or passing score on the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Ability to work effectively across diverse client populations regardless of age, background, disability status, or financial situation</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred</li> <li>Current CPR certification preferred</li> <li>Flexibility to work variable hours is preferred</li> <li>Drug screening required prior to start of employment</li> </ul>
