<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>PRN schedule with flexible hours; ability to work independently in varied home environments is essential</li> <li>Provides personal care including bathing (bed, tub, or shower), hair care, oral/denture care, nail filing, skin and peri care, and lotion application</li> <li>Assists with patient transfers: bed to chair, bed to wheelchair, and on/off bedpan, commode, and toilet</li> <li>Supports household tasks directly tied to the patient's personal care needs</li> <li>Reports changes in patient condition to the agency director or accounts manager, serving as a key observational link in the care team</li> <li>Patient population spans all ages, backgrounds, and functional levels across community home settings in the Longwood, FL area</li> <li>Business travel between patient homes required; safe driving and compliance with traffic regulations expected</li> <li>Part of a nationally scaled post-acute care network with structured performance development pathways and opportunities for role advancement</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Successful completion of the 75-hour HHA course is required for this position</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of at least 40 hours of AHCA-mandated training areas, or successful passage of the home health aide competency test (AHCA Form 3110-1007)</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Valid driver's license, personal vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required; access to public transportation is an acceptable alternative</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours and function independently across diverse home environments regardless of patient age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition</li> <li>6 or more months of home care experience preferred</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
