<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-required training OR passing score on the AHCA competency test prior to or upon hire</li> <li>Current CPR certification preferred; candidates without certification must obtain it within 90 days of hire</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work independently and maintain flexible availability across varying shift times</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
