<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle and active auto insurance, or reliable access to public transportation</li> <li>Current CPR certification required at time of hire</li> <li>Florida-specific requirement: completion of the 40-hour AHCA-mandated training program, or successful passage of the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours across varying client schedules</li> <li>Capacity to function effectively in any home environment regardless of client age, background, disability status, or financial condition</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred but not required</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
