About the Community

Orlando is one of Florida's largest and most dynamic metros, offering year-round warm weather, no state income tax, and a cost of living that remains competitive relative to other major Sun Belt cities. The region is home to highly rated school districts, a thriving arts and dining scene, and immediate access to world-class theme parks, Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches, and extensive outdoor recreation across Central Florida's lakes and nature preserves. For clinicians relocating from colder climates or high-cost coastal markets, Orlando consistently ranks as one of the most livable large cities in the Southeast.
