<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field — required</li> <li>Active, clear, and unrestricted Florida state license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC — required</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of post-master's professional experience delivering behavioral health services — required</li> <li>Experience providing direct individual and family psychotherapy — preferred</li> <li>Proficiency with professional communication tools and EHR platforms (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS, or equivalent) — preferred</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness — preferred</li> <li>Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to start</li> </ul>
