<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>3 or more years of experience in healthcare sales strongly preferred</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of home health or hospice care operations and referral dynamics preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to coach and develop Account Executives and field sales staff</li> <li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with physicians, hospital discharge teams, and community partners</li> <li>Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Outlook required</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision</li> </ul>
